Sometimes towing of trucks may be necessary in case of an accident, sanctions by BAG (BALM) or а breakdown, but there are also atypical situations. What was the client's problem, and why was truck service necessary?

At first, we decided to try to push the stone aside and then pull the trailer out. It worked, and we managed without a crane.

Why did the client contact us if the problem could be solved independently?

Usually, the first thing the driver does is ask his colleagues for help to pull his truck, and often everything works out. But in this situation you would still have to call a tow truck, because the driver has already exhausted all the possibilities, including pulling the trailer out with a truck. Then it was all down to the cost and time that would have to be spent.

Let us try to compare how the situation could have developed without our help and with our participation:

• The costs for towing services are not uniform in Germany. If they realize you are a foreigner, they will at best raise the price, but they also may simply refuse service. And if the driver does not know German well, as in our story, it will be difficult to come to an agreement. We organized the towing quickly, which means no fine, no wound-up nerves and no additional costs.
• Finally, it is important for us that your problem is solved. We assume that the driver in this case will become our regular customer and use our service again, which is not limited to truck services. Moreover, a satisfied customer will recommend us to other drivers and word-of-mouth, especially among truck drivers, is better than advertising.
