Problem: At 4 p.m. a new customer from Lithuania called our hotline and told us about the following problem.

His truck with a loaded semi-trailer is parked in Wilhelmshaven and one of the tyres on the right steering axle is flat. There is a nail in the tyre. The customer asked us if we could patch this tyre, because the tyre was bought only two weeks ago. 

Solution: We called one of our partners and checked whether he had the necessary knowledge and materials, because our goal is always to provide the customer with high-quality work at the lowest possible cost. Our partner came to the puncture site at 18:00 and patched the tyre. In this case, everything worked out well because the hole was not that deep and wide. If it hadn't been, our partner always has a spare tyre with him.
