MT onroad Team

The operational team of MT onroad: dispatchers and operators providing roadside assistance for heavy vehicles in Germany and Austria.

Since 2021, the team has been handling daily requests from drivers, dispatchers, fleet owners, and international transport companies. The team processes orders by phone and WhatsApp, collects situation-specific data, coordinates service providers, and supports each case until completion.

The team focuses on real roadside situations: tyre damage, heavy vehicle towing, technical breakdowns, road accidents, difficult locations, and motorway cases — including situations on the left side of the motorway where coordination with the police or Autobahnmeisterei is required to organize the work safely.

The team communicates with clients and partners in German, English, and Russian, both orally and in writing, and also handles written requests in Polish.

In its materials, MT onroad Team analyzes real MT onroad orders, anonymized cases, and typical situations from daily practice. The purpose of these publications is to show what information is needed at the moment of a breakdown, where mistakes most often occur, what solutions are possible, and how carriers can act more precisely in difficult roadside situations.
